Multiplication Bingo is a great way for your class to practice multiplication facts.
The game is hosted by the somewhat grumpy Principal Patterson. Two balls are drawn at random from his machine. Students must multiply the numbers on the balls together then check their bingo ticket to see if they have a match. If they do they circle it on their ticket. The first student to get five-in-a-row wins.
Multiplication bingo tickets can be produced from a word file which is provided with the game. Each student should have a ticket before starting the game.

The speed of the game is set by the teacher (Fast medium or Auto-pause). Teachers also may choose the table range ('Tables to 10x' or 'Tables to 12x') as they wish.
The winning student gets to choose a mystery prize from a prize board that has been pre-set before the lesson. Typically teachers use: chocolate frogs, pencil and ruler, house points, ten minutes free play on the IWB etc. for prizes
(Technical note: You must set the questions on the same computer which you will be using with the IWB in your classroom.)
