The aim of this vocabulary game is to race against the clock unscramble words which are presented in jumbled form.
Super Scramble is hosted by the encouraging Ms Marvelle and is played by the class in two teams. Teams each have a representative at the IWB who enters the word as it when it is unscrambled by the team.
Teachers can easily preload their own words to the game template. A game consists of 5 rounds to each team.
The timer can be set at 30 seconds, 40 seconds or 50 seconds. Teachers also have an option of displaying a clue immediately, after 10 seconds, or not at all.
Super Scramble appeals to wide age range and across the curriculum.
(Technical note: You must set the questions on the same computer which you will be using with the IWB in your classroom.)
